The Armenian national lacrosse team secured third place at the MEN’S EUROLAX SIXES CUP 2025, held in Portugal. The team displayed strong performances, winning five matches and losing only one.
Armenia started the tournament with two victories on the first matchday, defeating host team Portugal (15:11) and Switzerland White (15:13). The team continued its winning streak by dominating Luxembourg (22:6), France (17:7), and Switzerland Red (12:7). The only loss came against the Netherlands (9:15), who eventually won the tournament.

As a result, Armenia finished in third place in the tournament standings, trailing only behind the Netherlands and Switzerland White. This achievement marks a significant step forward for Armenian lacrosse, especially ahead of the qualification tournaments for the 2028 Olympic Games, where lacrosse will debut in the Sixes format.

It is worth noting that the Armenian team was formed with players competing in the United States and Canada. The squad featured athletes from various North American cities, including Glendale (California), Dallas (Texas), San Diego (California), and Toronto (Canada). The team captains for the tournament were Shahe Katchadourian, Nic Palandjian, and Declan Palandjian.
