2026 Junior World Weightlifting Championships: Results of Day Three

On May 4, the third day of the 2026 Junior World Weightlifting Championships for athletes under 20 took place in Ismailia, Egypt. Medals were awarded in two weight categories: men’s 71 kg and women’s 63 kg.
At the end of the day, the big gold medals were won by athletes from the Philippines and Thailand, while China continues to confidently lead the medal standings with five gold medals.
Armenian athletes were limited to small medals on this day: Narek Grigoryan won gold in the snatch, while Hovhannes Hovhannisyan claimed silver in the clean and jerk.
