The representatives of the national team emphasized the importance of the upcoming matches and called on supporters to back the players from the stands.
Armen Melikbekyan noted that Armenia are entering an important competitive cycle, which effectively marks the beginning of the fight for a place at UEFA Euro 2028. Armenia head coach Yeghishe Melikyan, for his part, said that the team is preparing for serious competition. The coach emphasized that unity and the support of the fans will be particularly important for the players in the upcoming fixtures.
“We hear and feel your support,” Melikyan said.
National team captain Eduard Spertsyan concluded the message, stressing that the players take to the pitch first and foremost for the supporters of the Armenian national team.
“The national team plays for you,” Spertsyan said.
