Olympiacos lose to OFI as Tiknizyan plays full match

Greek side Olympiacos, featuring Armenia national team defender Nair Tiknizyan, suffered their first defeat of the new domestic league season.
On September 12, in Matchday 4 of the 2026/27 Greek Super League season, the Piraeus club suffered a 1-0 home defeat to OFI.
The match at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium remained goalless for a long period. The only goal of the game came in the 66th minute, when Kenan Kodro scored the winner for the visitors.
Armenia international defender Nair Tiknizyan started for Olympiacos and played the full 90 minutes.
According to SofaScore, the Armenian defender completed 59 passes with an 88% accuracy rate, won three of his four duels, made two tackles, one clearance and four recoveries. Tiknizyan also completed his only dribble attempt and registered two progressive carries.
However, only one of his six crosses found its target, while he lost possession 15 times. SofaScore awarded Tiknizyan a rating of 6.6 for his performance.
After four rounds, Olympiacos have 7 points and sit fifth in the Greek Super League standings.
In the previous league match, the Piraeus side drew 1-1 with Volos. Before that, Olympiacos had recorded narrow victories over Asteras and Atromitos.
