Pablo Garcia, head coach of Noah, gave an extensive interview to the club’s media team during the international break, reflecting on his first month working in Armenia.
The Uruguayan specialist spoke about his decision to accept Noah’s offer, his first weeks with the team and the challenges he faced after taking charge. Garcia also discussed in detail his footballing principles and the ideas he intends to gradually implement in the Armenian club’s style of play.
Garcia highly praises Noah’s infrastructure
The head coach paid particular attention to the conditions created at the club. According to Garcia, Noah’s training infrastructure is of a very high European standard.
“I think only the biggest clubs, such as Real Madrid and Barcelona, can have training facilities of a higher level. What we have here can compete with almost any club in Spain or any other country,” Garcia said.
The Noah head coach stressed that having modern infrastructure creates strong opportunities both for the first team’s daily work and for the club’s long-term development.
Focus on developing young players
During the interview, Garcia also addressed the topic of young players. The Uruguayan coach highlighted the importance of their development and stressed that talented footballers should be given opportunities to prove themselves at first-team level.
The coach also spoke about his vision for Noah’s football, explaining which principles he wants to see on the pitch and what he intends to bring to the team during his tenure.
For Garcia, the current period has been the first full stage of getting to know not only his players, but Armenian football as a whole.

At the end of the interview, Pablo Garcia addressed Noah’s supporters. The head coach encouraged the fans to attend matches more often and support the players from the stands, emphasizing the importance of the atmosphere at home games.
