2025 World U20 Wrestling Championships: Day 3 Results

On August 19, in Samokov (Bulgaria), the third day of the 2025 U20 World Championships in freestyle wrestling took place. The third day featured preliminary bouts and semifinals in two weight categories — 61 and 86 kg, as well as the determination of champions and medalists in 57, 65, 79, and 92 kg divisions.

The U20 world champions were: Magomed-Salyakh Ozdamirov (Russia), Luke Stanich (USA), Mahdi Yousefikhajivar (Iran), and Sherzod Poyonov (Uzbekistan).

In Team Armenia, Arman Musikian (65 kg) won a bronze medal, while Sargis Begoyan (61 kg) and Razmik Yepremyan (86 kg) will fight tomorrow for bronze through repechage bouts.
