On the night of November 1, Armenian-American fighter Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani secured his third consecutive victory in the UFC. At UFC Fight Night in Las Vegas, the 27-year-old defeated previously unbeaten Azerbaijani fighter Farman Hasanov by technical knockout.
The bout took place in the welterweight division (up to 77 kg). From the opening minutes, Lebosnoyani demonstrated his superiority in striking, consistently landing accurate punches to his opponent's head. The Armenian-American fighter controlled the striking exchanges and gradually inflicted increasing damage on Hasanov.
All three judges awarded the first two rounds to Bosnoyan.
The fight was stopped in the third round on the doctor's advice due to a severe facial cut suffered by the Azerbaijani fighter. The technical knockout victory was officially recorded at 2:11 of the third round.
With this result, Lebosnoyani has now won all three of his UFC fights, maintaining a perfect record in the world's leading mixed martial arts organization. His professional MMA record now stands at 12 wins and 2 losses (12-2).
For Hasanov, this marked the first defeat of his professional career, bringing his record to 5-1.

Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani has Armenian roots through his father's side. His father, Nerses Bosnoyan, is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu coach. Jean-Paul has previously emphasized on several occasions that he is proud of his Armenian heritage.
