Yarkhushta before the historic match: pre-match show held in Yerevan ahead of Europa League game

A spectacular pre-match show was held at the Republican Stadium in Yerevan ahead of the UEFA Europa League first-round match between Ararat-Armenia and Sparta Prague.
The first-ever main-stage Europa League match to be played in Armenia was opened with a performance of the traditional Armenian folk dance Yarkhushta.
The national performance became one of the highlights of the program ahead of the historic match for Armenian football and attracted the attention not only of the fans in the stands but also of foreign journalists.
The performance was also appreciated by Czech media representatives in the stadium's press area.
The Ararat-Armenia vs Sparta Prague match is being played in Yerevan on September 16. It is the Armenian club's first-ever appearance in the main stage of the UEFA Europa League.
