Taekwondo World Championships 2025 Conclude in Wuxi: Full Results

On October 30, the 2025 Taekwondo World Championships came to an end in Wuxi, China. On the final day, medals were awarded in two weight categories — men’s under 74 kg and women’s under 53 kg. The gold medals on the closing day went to athletes from Uzbekistan and Turkey.
Turkey Tops the Medal Table
After seven days of competition, Turkey finished first in the overall medal standings with 3 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze.
South Korea took second place (2 gold, 2 silver, 2 bronze), while Brazil and Tunisia each claimed two gold medals.
Athletes from Iran, Uzbekistan, Hungary, Egypt, Chinese Taipei, Belgium, and Thailand also earned gold medals.
Russian athletes finished the championship with 3 silver and 2 bronze medals, while host nation China collected 1 silver and 8 bronze.
