Wrestling Tournament Yasar Dogu Starts in Antalya: How to Watch and Draw

On January 8, 2026, the international wrestling tournament Yasar Dogu, Vehbi Emre & Hamit Kaplan 2026 will begin in Antalya, Turkey. It will be the first competition of the year in the UWW calendar.
More than 400 athletes from 9 countries will participate: Turkey, Russia, Albania, Sweden, Jordan, Iran, South Korea, Kazakhstan, and Estonia.
Competition Schedule:

January 8–9 — Women’s and Greco-Roman wrestling

January 10 — Freestyle wrestling
Matches start on January 8 at 11:00 local time.
Notably, Armenian athlete Grayr Oganesyan (67 kg) will compete as part of the Russian national team.
