Armenia national futsal team squad for the Unibank Cup international tournament

The head coach of the Armenia national futsal team, Ruben Nazaretyan, has announced the extended squad for the December training camp. The preparation will take place from December 14 to 25 at the Football Federation of Armenia Technical Center and the Football Academy in Yerevan.
A total of 18 futsal players have been called up, representing both Armenian and foreign clubs. The list includes players competing in the championships of Russia, Armenia, and Belarus.

As part of the training camp, the Armenia national team will take part in the Unibank Cup international friendly tournament, which will be held from December 20 to 24. Armenia will face the national teams of Georgia, Moldova, and Kyrgyzstan. The tournament will serve as a key stage of preparation for official competitions and will allow the coaching staff to test tactical combinations in a competitive environment.
Armenia will play three matches:
December 21, 20:00 — vs Moldova
December 22, 20:00 — vs Kyrgyzstan
December 24, 20:00 — vs Georgia
All matches will be played at the home arena, giving fans the opportunity to support the team ahead of the most important events of the season.
For Armenia and Georgia, the Unibank Cup has special importance, as both teams are preparing for the UEFA Futsal EURO 2026. The continental championship will take place from January 21 to February 7 in Latvia, Lithuania, and Slovenia. Armenia has qualified for the EURO finals for the first time in its history and will compete in Group B alongside Lithuania, Czechia, and Ukraine.
The December tournament will be the final test of Armenia’s readiness ahead of its historic debut at the European Championship and an important step in forming the optimal squad for the most significant tournament in the history of Armenian futsal.
