Slovak champions Slovan Bratislava will continue their European campaign by reaching the group stage of the 2025/26 UEFA Conference League.
In the Europa League playoffs, the Slovak club lost to Switzerland’s Young Boys with an aggregate score of 2–4 (1–2 in the first leg and 2–3 in the return match). In the game in Bern, which ended 3–2 in favor of the hosts, Armenian national team forward Tigran Barseghyan played the full 90 minutes.
Slovan began its European journey in the Champions League qualifiers: first defeating Bosnia’s Zrinjski, but later losing to Kazakhstan’s Kairat on penalties in the second round.
It should be noted that Armenia’s champion Noah will also compete in the Conference League group stage, while midfielder Vahan Bichakhchyan will represent Armenian football with Poland’s Legia.
