"Noah" to play in the UEFA Conference League 2025/26 League stage

Yerevan’s “Noah” has qualified for the UEFA Conference League main stage for the second season in a row — an achievement no Armenian club had ever reached before. Previously, only “Pyunik” and “Alashkert” had featured in the tournament, each for just one season.

In the playoff second leg in Abovyan, the champions of Armenia defeated Slovenia’s champions, Ljubljana’s “Olimpija”, 3–2, and with an aggregate score of 7–3, secured a spot in the group stage.

Elder Ferreira, Mateus Ayas, and Hovhannes Harutyunyan scored for “Noah”. For Armenian national team midfielder Harutyunyan, this was his debut goal for the club. Antonio Marin (penalty) and Ivan Drudov scored for the Slovenians.

Chancharevich — Boakye (Hambartsumyan), Muradyan, Silva, Sualehe (88, Zolotic) — Eteki, Sangare (Harutyunyan, 66) — Ferreira, Wlad Omar (Pinson, 75), Jakolis — Ayas (Mulahusejnovic, 66).

The group stage draw will take place tomorrow, August 29, in Nyon, where “Noa” will learn its opponents.
