Armenia U17 to play two matches against Moldova

The Moldova U17 national football team will hold a training camp in Yerevan and play two friendly matches against their Armenian peers on August 18 and 20. Both games will take place in the Armenian capital.
The Moldovan side has already announced its squad, which includes a large number of players representing European clubs:
Goalkeepers: Octavian Ghiaur (Academia de Fotbal Atletico Madrid, Spain), Mihai Harabagiu (Academia de Fotbal Zimbru)
Defenders: Mihai Bagrin, Chiril Lisnic (both — Academia de Fotbal Radu Rebeja), Gheorghe Terna (Louletano DC, Portugal), Victor Bivol (Villarreal, Spain), Vladislav Babaev (Academia de Fotbal Sheriff), Vladislav Tenti, Matei Perciun (both — Academia de Fotbal Zimbru), Cristian Palancica (SS Lazio, Italy)
Midfielders: Nichita Ratmir (Academia de Fotbal Zimbru), Maxim Calasnicov (Academia de Fotbal Sheriff), Dorin Panaghiu, Toma Turetchi (both — Academia de Fotbal Radu Rebeja), Daniel Armașu (Girona, Spain)

The Armenia U17 squad has not yet been announced.
In September, the team will play two more friendlies against Greece, and from October 28 to November 3, it will take part in the UEFA U17 European Championship qualifiers, facing Northern Ireland, Finland, and Cyprus.
Earlier this year, the Armenian team played three matches in the second qualifying round of Euro 2025 (U17), losing to Belarus (0–4) and Bosnia and Herzegovina (0–3), but defeating San Marino (1–0). This win was the team’s first in official matches in the last 5.5 years.
