Noah midfielder Gustavo Sangare and goalkeeper Timothy Fayulu will be unavailable for the 6th round Conference League match against Dynamo Kyiv, scheduled for December 18 in Lublin, Poland.
Both foreign players will leave the club to join their national teams as part of preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which begins on December 21 in Morocco.
Midfielder Sangare will represent Burkina Faso, while goalkeeper Fayulu will join the Democratic Republic of Congo squad.
Noah head coach Sandro Perkovic commented on the situation after the match against Legia:
“Unfortunately, Sangare and Fayulu will not play against Dynamo Kyiv. Tomorrow they will join their national teams for the Africa Cup of Nations. I wish they could stay with us, but I am also very happy that we have players representing their countries. I hope they perform well at AFCON 2025, and that in the future we will have even more national team players,” Perkovic said at the post-match press conference.
