Noah goalkeeper Timothy Fayulu has been called up to the national team of the Democratic Republic of Congo to participate in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
The tournament will start on December 21, while national teams will begin their training camps and friendly matches on December 8.

According to FIFA regulations, clubs have the right to keep players until December 15, after which they are obliged to release them to their national teams.

Noah has a UEFA Conference League match against Dynamo Kyiv scheduled for December 18. Since DR Congo’s first AFCON match will take place only on December 23, Fayulu may theoretically stay longer at the club to help the team in the European match.

An additional challenge for Noah is the possible call-up of midfielder Gustavo Sangaré to the Burkina Faso national team. While Ognjen Cancarevic can cover the goalkeeper position, the team has no equivalent replacement for Sangaré in central midfield — making his potential departure a more serious blow ahead of the final round of the Conference League.
