Official: Pablo García appointed new head coach of Noah

Armenian club Noah have announced the appointment of Pablo García as the team’s new head coach. The 49-year-old Uruguayan has signed a contract with the club.
García began his coaching career within the structure of Greek side PAOK, working with both the youth and senior teams. Under his management, PAOK U19 won the Greek championship for three consecutive seasons, while in the 2020/21 campaign García guided the first team to victory in the Greek Cup.
He later took charge of Greek clubs Panserraikos and Atromitos, before spending last season as head coach of Cypriot side APOEL.
Pablo García is also well known to football fans for his playing career. The former midfielder represented Real Madrid, Milan, Osasuna, Celta Vigo and several other European clubs. At international level, García played for the Uruguay national team.
The Uruguayan coach will now continue his managerial career in Armenia with Noah. He succeeds Croatian coach Sandro Perković in the role.
