Official: Iman Griffith joins Pyunik

Yerevan’s Pyunik have officially announced the signing of 24-year-old Dutch winger Iman Griffith. The player joins the Armenian club from Roda, who compete in the second tier of Dutch football.

Griffith had a productive campaign last season, scoring 4 goals and providing 5 assists. The Dutch wide player can strengthen Pyunik’s attacking line with his pace, dribbling and ability to operate on the flanks.

Griffith also has experience in the Eredivisie. In the 2023/24 season, he played for Fortuna and made 12 appearances in the Dutch top flight, registering one assist.

Iman Griffith is a product of the AZ Alkmaar academy — one of the most well-known clubs in the Netherlands for developing young players.

According to Transfermarkt, the 24-year-old winger’s market value is €250,000. His height is 170 cm.

Griffith’s move is another step in Pyunik’s squad strengthening ahead of the new season. The Yerevan club are getting a player with experience in Dutch football and solid numbers at Eerste Divisie level.
