Narek Alaverdyan joins Ararat

Ararat have announced the signing of midfielder Narek Alaverdyan from Ararat-Armenia.

The former captain of Armenia’s youth national team spent last season on loan at Gandzasar. Alaverdyan made 21 appearances for the Kapan-based club and scored 1 goal.

Earlier, the midfielder spent two seasons at Ararat-Armenia but was unable to establish himself in the squad. Before that, Alaverdyan had a successful spell at BKMA, where he was one of the team’s standout players.

For Ararat, this is another addition during the summer transfer window. Earlier, the Yerevan club also signed Arman Khachatryan and Benik Hovhannisyan.
