Bratislava’s Slovan defeated Košice 1-0 in the Slovak Cup quarterfinals and advanced to the semifinals. The only goal of the match was scored by Armenian footballer Tigran Barseghyan.
In the 38th minute, Barseghyan launched a solo counterattack from his own half and precisely struck the target. This was his second goal in the cup and his 20th of the season.
It is worth noting that Slovan played with 10 men from the 57th minute after Danil Ignatenko was sent off.
