Today, June 27, Armenian champions FC Noah will play a friendly match against Slovak side Dunajská Streda — a potential opponent of Yerevan’s Urartu in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers.
The match will take place in the Hungarian town of Csorna and will kick off at 20:00 Yerevan time. At the request of the Armenian side, the match will be played behind closed doors: there will be no broadcast, but spectators will be allowed in the stands.
As a reminder, FC Noah is preparing for the first qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League against Montenegro’s Budućnost. Dunajská Streda might face Urartu in the second round of Conference League qualification, but the Slovak team could be excluded from European competition due to joint ownership with Hungarian club Győr — UEFA has yet to make a final decision.
