Chimaev and Sadulaev Triumph at RAF Moscow: Full Results of the Freestyle Wrestling Event

On September 5, Moscow hosted the first-ever Russian event of the American wrestling promotion Real American Freestyle — RAF Moscow, featuring stars from mixed martial arts and freestyle wrestling.

The main event saw UFC fighter Khamzat Chimaev face former UFC champion Tyron Woodley. Chimaev dominated the match, built a 6-0 lead, and secured an early victory by fall (pin).

In the co-main event, Olympic champion Abdulrashid Sadulaev edged American wrestler Zack Braunagel 8-6 in a highly competitive bout.

One of the most entertaining matches of the evening featured reigning world champion Zahid Valencia against Russia's Ibragim Kadiev. The American won 9-5. In just a few days, Valencia will travel to Yerevan to compete at the Stepan Sargsyan Memorial Tournament, scheduled for September 10-13.

Olympic champions and decorated American wrestlers Kyle Snyder, Kyle Dake, Jordan Burroughs, Bo Nickal, Jason Nolf, Vito Arujau, and several other stars also earned victories.

American wrestlers defeated their Russian opponents in many of the night's featured matches.
