The 2025 Judo World Championships to Start in Budapest on June 13

The 2025 Judo World Championships will be held in the Hungarian capital from June 13 to 20. Athletes from 93 countries will participate in the tournament.
Armenia will be represented by only one judoka — Ashik Andreyan (under 60 kg). Additionally, three athletes of Armenian descent will compete under the flags of other countries: Eduard Trippel (under 90 kg, Germany), Aram Grigoryan (under 90 kg, UAE), and Armen Adamyan (under 100 kg, Russia).
Armen Agayan and Karen Galstyan (both under 73 kg) are also part of the Russian national team but will compete exclusively in the team tournament.
The 2025 Judo World Championships will be broadcast live on the Judo.TV website.
