Former Armenian U21 national team player Artem Gyurdzhan scored the first goal of his professional career. The 24-year-old central defender found the net in an FNL match against Tyumen, but his team, KamAZ, lost 2-3.
Artem Gyurdzhan successfully won an aerial duel during a corner kick in the 53rd minute, reducing the deficit to 1-2. Later, KamAZ managed to equalize, but Tyumen's player Nikita Pechenkin scored the winning goal in the 85th minute.
This season, the Armenian footballer has made 19 appearances, and his team currently sits in 13th place in Russia’s First League.
