Spertsyan to undergo medical in Dubai before joining Al-Ahli’s training camp in Austria

Armenia national team captain Eduard Spertsyan will undergo a medical examination in Dubai over the next two days before completing his move to Saudi club Al-Ahli.

After the medical, the midfielder is expected to travel immediately to Austria, where Al-Ahli are holding their training camp. Spertsyan will join his new team there and begin preparations for the upcoming season.

Before arriving in Dubai, the Armenian footballer visited Yerevan. Spertsyan remains one of the main figures of the summer transfer window for Armenian football, while his move to Saudi Arabia could become one of the biggest transfers in the history of Armenia national team players.

As a reminder, Al-Ahli have reached an agreement with Krasnodar to sign Eduard Spertsyan. The transfer fee is 25 million dollars. Once the medical examination is completed, the parties will be able to officially finalize the deal.
