Nicholas Kaloukian scores and assists on Carolina Core FC debut

Armenia international forward Nicholas Kaloukian made an impressive debut for Carolina Core FC in MLS NEXT Pro.
The former Urartu striker started the match against Inter Miami II and contributed to two of his team’s goals. Kaloukian first converted a penalty to score Carolina Core FC’s second goal before providing the assist for the third.
Carolina Core FC secured a convincing 4-0 victory. Kaloukian played the full match and received a 7.7 rating from the statistics platform SofaScore.
In addition to his goal and assist, the forward completed one key pass, created one big chance and registered four shots.
Before joining Carolina Core FC, Kaloukian spent two seasons in the Armenian Premier League. He scored seven goals for Urartu and earned a call-up to the Armenia senior national team.
Prior to his move to the Yerevan-based club, Kaloukian had not played professionally and competed in the United States college soccer system.
