Vahan Bichakhchyan misses Legia match amid transfer speculation

Legia Warsaw midfielder Vahan Bichakhchyan missed today’s Polish league match against Korona due to injury, according to the club’s official account.

Earlier, Polish media reported that the Armenian international could continue his career at Ararat-Armenia. However, Bichakhchyan denied the reports of a potential move to the Yerevan-based club in a conversation with journalist Suren Meliksetyan.

At the same time, his injury-related absence amid ongoing transfer speculation could once again fuel talk about a possible departure from Legia. It cannot be ruled out that Bichakhchyan could continue his career at another club if a transfer takes place, although there is currently no confirmed information regarding such a move.

The match between Legia and Korona ended in a 1-1 draw.

As a reminder, Bichakhchyan provided an assist in Legia’s victory over Zaglebie in the previous round.
