Draw for the 2026/27 season in Armenia held: Armenian Cup, Premier League and First League fixtures confirmed

The first fixtures of the new season in Armenian football have been confirmed. The draw has been held for the opening round of the Armenian Premier League and First League for the 2026/27 season, as well as for the preliminary round of the Armenian Cup.
The new football season will begin with Premier League matches, which will take place from July 31 to August 2. The opening round of the First League will be played on August 3-5, while the preliminary round matches of the Armenian Cup are scheduled for August 24-26.
Armenian Premier League 2026/27: Round 1
The opening round of the new Armenian Premier League season will immediately feature several interesting matchups. One of the key fixtures of the round will be Urartu vs Pyunik, while title contender Noah will start the season against Syunik.

Armenian Cup 2026/27: preliminary round pairings
The preliminary round of the Armenian Cup will be played on August 24-26. Twelve teams will take part at this stage, including representatives of the Premier League, the First League and amateur clubs.
The matchup between Sardarapat and Syunik is of particular interest, as two Premier League clubs will meet each other already at an early stage. Amateur teams EcoVil, Ejmiatsin and Kilikia will also participate in the competition.
