Pyunik’s Squad for Conference League Second Round: A Key Change

Yerevan-based FC Pyunik has released its squad list for the second qualifying round of the 2025/26 UEFA Europa Conference League. After defeating San Marino’s Tre Fiori, the Armenian club will face a more experienced opponent — Hungarian side Győr.
One key change has been made in Pyunik’s official squad. French defender Joël Bopesu has been replaced by new forward Eric Ocansey, who joined the club this summer from Ararat-Armenia.

The first leg between Pyunik and Győr will take place on July 24 in Yerevan at the Republican Stadium. Kickoff is at 20:00 local time. At the same time, Ararat-Armenia will host Romanian club Universitatea Cluj.
