On April 13, the 2025 European Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship came to an end in Bratislava. On the final day, medals were contested in five weight categories: 60 kg, 67 kg, 72 kg, 82 kg, and 97 kg.

By the end of the tournament, Azerbaijan led the gold medal count with three gold medals. Russia followed with two, while Armenia, France, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Turkey each claimed one gold medal.

This year’s championship featured 11 champions due to a judging error in the 72 kg weight class, where two wrestlers were declared winners.

Team Armenia finished the tournament with two medals: one gold and one silver. Malkhas Amoyan (77 kg) became a four-time European champion, and Karen Aslanyan (63 kg) reached the final for the first time, earning a silver medal.
