Japan Wins the Team Judo World Championships Among Juniors

On October 8 in Lima, Peru, the 2025 World Team Judo Championships for athletes under 20 took place right after the conclusion of the individual finals.
Team Japan claimed victory, reaffirming its dominance in both the team and individual medal standings.
In the final, Japan defeated France convincingly with a score of 4–1.
In the bronze medal matches, Russia beat Turkey 4–0, while Brazil edged out Uzbekistan 4–3.
