Armenian midfielder Vahan Bichakhchyan registered an assist in a friendly match between Warsaw’s Legia and Polish side Górnik Łęczna, which ended in a confident 5–1 victory for the home team.
Bichakhchyan assisted from a corner kick to Jan Ziółkowski and played for about one and a half halves. The match was held in an unusual format — three halves of 45 minutes each.
This game marked Legia’s final warm-up before the new season. On July 10, the team will begin its Europa League campaign in the first qualifying round against Kazakhstan’s Aktobe.
