Tallinn to host the 2026 World Junior Figure Skating Championships

On March 4, the 2026 World Junior Figure Skating Championships begin in Tallinn, Estonia. The tournament will take place at Tondiraba Ice Hall and will run until March 7.
The competition will determine national federation quota spots for the 2027 World Junior Championships. Medals will be awarded in four disciplines: men’s singles, women’s singles, pair skating, and ice dance.
Performances of Armenian representatives
Two athletes will represent Armenia at the tournament:
Mikael Salazaryan will skate in the junior men’s short program on March 4.
The event starts at 18:00 Yerevan time.
Isabella Esaian will represent Armenia in the junior women’s short program on March 5 at 12:45 Yerevan time.
In the ice dance competition, Beirut-born Hana Maria Aboyan will also participate. She competes for the United States alongside partner Daniil Veselukhin.

The World Junior Championships will conclude on March 7, when all medalists of the tournament will be determined.
