In Matchday 29 of the Armenian Premier League, Urartu claimed a stunning 8-0 victory over West Armenia.
Karen Melkonyan was the star of the match with a hat-trick. Aleksandr Putsko scored a brace, while Narek Agasaryan, Khariton Ayvazyan, and Artemiy Gunko each added one goal.
The league’s top assist provider, Artyom Polyarus, delivered an incredible four assists. Mikael Mirzoyan and Bruno Michel also provided one assist each.
With this win, Urartu moves up to third place with 55 points, just two points behind second-placed Ararat-Armenia.
West Armenia remains in ninth place with 23 points.
