Armenia national team midfielder Ugochukwu Iwu has fully recovered from injury and made his return for Rubin Kazan.
The Armenian international came on as a substitute in the 57th minute of Rubin's Russian Premier League Round 7 match against Akhmat. The game ended in a 1–1 draw.
Despite playing only part of the match, Iwu delivered a solid performance in midfield. According to SofaScore, his match statistics were:
