In Round 7 of the Argentine championship, Belgrano defeated Atlético Tucumán 3–1 at home.
Emiliano Rigoni, Nicolás Fernández and Julián Mavilla scored for the hosts, while Martín Benítez netted the only goal for the visitors.
Belgrano captain and Armenia national team midfielder Lucas Zelarayán provided an assist for his team’s second goal. The 33-year-old playmaker delivered an elegant pass along a tricky trajectory, leaving Nicolás Fernández with only the goalkeeper to beat — a task he completed confidently.
Following this victory, Belgrano leads the Argentine league standings with 15 points. Zelarayán now has 2 goals and 1 assist in 6 matches this season.
