Draw held for the 2025 U20 European Freestyle Wrestling Championships

On July 3, 2025, the U20 European Freestyle Wrestling Championships will kick off in the Italian city of Caorle. The tournament will begin at 12:30 Yerevan time — just two days after the conclusion of the Greco-Roman edition of the same championship.
On the first day, wrestlers in five weight categories will compete: 57, 65, 70, 79, and 97 kg.
The brackets in all weight classes have already been published, and Armenian athletes have learned their first opponents:
57 kg (1/8 final): Sasha Petrosyan vs. Ion Bulgaru (Moldova)
61 kg (1/8 final): Sargis Begoyan vs. Andriy Shkolyuk (Ukraine)
