On July 2, in the Italian city of Caorle, the 2025 U20 European Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship came to an end. On the final day, medals were awarded in the remaining five weight categories — 60, 67, 72, 82, and 97 kg.

In total, Armenian wrestlers won two medals at the tournament — a silver and a bronze. Both were earned by brothers Gaspar and Samvel Terteryan: Samvel won bronze in the 77 kg category, and Gaspar took silver in the 72 kg division.

Russian athletes claimed the most gold medals — four. However, since Russia competes under a neutral flag, the official team ranking was topped by Georgia, which won three golds. Wrestlers from Germany, Azerbaijan, and Hungary took one gold each.
