Armenia’s Sambo National Team for the 2025 World Championship in Bishkek

From November 7 to 9, the 2025 World Sambo Championship for adult men and women will take place in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan). Armenia will be represented by its national team, composed of experienced and highly decorated athletes in both sport sambo and combat sambo.

The team traveled to Bishkek under the leadership of the President of the Sambo Federation of Armenia, Mikael Ayarpetian, and the team’s head coach, Vovik Khojayan.
