Armenia U20 End EuroBasket Group Stage with Defeat to Cyprus

The Armenia U20 basketball team suffered a defeat against Cyprus in its final group-stage game of the FIBA U20 EuroBasket Division B.
Cyprus secured an 88-58 victory.
Jamel Bruce was Armenia’s leading scorer with 15 points. Gregory Ghazaryan scored nine points, while Andrew Federspiel added seven. Amasia Dayan and Daniel Sanamyan contributed six points each.
Armenia converted 17 of its 58 field-goal attempts, including only three of 23 shots from three-point range. The Armenian team also committed 22 turnovers.
Armenia finished sixth in Group C and will now continue the tournament in the playoffs for 17th–21st places at the FIBA U20 EuroBasket.
