Armenia U-17 to Hold Training Camp in Yerevan: Mirumyan Calls Up 28 Players

The Armenia U-17 national team continues its preparations for the upcoming official matches. From August 18 to 21, the team led by Mher Mirumyan will hold a training camp at the FFA Technical Centre/Football Academy.
The coaching staff has called up 28 players for the camp. Urartu have the largest representation with 11 players. Seven players represent Pyunik, while another four come from the FFA Academy.

The club representation in the squad is therefore as follows: Urartu have contributed 11 players, Pyunik seven, the FFA Academy four, and Noah two. Shirak, Ararat-Armenia, Sardarapat and BKMA have each had one player called up.
The August training camp will be one of the stages in Mher Mirumyan’s team preparations for the first qualifying round of the UEFA European Under-17 Championship. The qualifying matches will take place from November 11 to 17 in Yerevan.
Armenia will face Italy, France and Luxembourg in their group.
Before the start of the official tournament, the Armenian team will also gain additional match practice. On September 7 and 9, Armenia U-17 will play two friendly matches against their counterparts from Lebanon.
