Armenia’s Futsal National Team Lost to Spain in the First Friendly Match

Armenia’s futsal national team played the first of two friendly matches against Spain’s national team and suffered a 2–6 defeat. The match took place on September 19 in the Spanish city of Pamplona.

Armenia’s goals were scored by Arsen Petrosov (Moscow “Torpedo”) and Sargis Margaryan (“Unisport”, Yerevan).

The second friendly match between Armenia and Spain will be held on September 21 in Tudela. Kick-off is scheduled for 19:00 Yerevan time.

Both teams are using these matches as preparation for the final stage of Futsal Euro 2026, which will take place from January 20 to February 7 in Latvia, Lithuania, and Slovenia.
