Armenia Futsal Team Draws with Moldova in First Friendly

he Armenia national futsal team drew with Moldova in the first friendly match of its training camp in Chisinau.
The match ended in a 3-3 draw.
The hosts took an early lead, opening the scoring in the third minute. Moldova maintained their narrow advantage for a long period, but Armenia managed to change the course of the game in the second half.
Mihran Dermenjyan scored Armenia’s first goal. After that, the game became much more open, with the teams exchanging several more goals before ultimately failing to produce a winner — 3-3.
The match was also a special one for two new Armenia players. Argentine recruits Facundo Hovhannisyan and Martin Aram Ramiro made their debuts for the national team.
Armenia continue their preparations as part of their training camp in Moldova. The second friendly between the two teams will take place on September 17. Armenia are using these matches as preparation for the 2028 FIFA Futsal World Cup qualifiers.
