Tonight, the legendary San Siro stadium in Milan will host the second leg of the UEFA Champions League semifinal between Inter and Barcelona. Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport has published the likely starting lineups for both teams.
The biggest surprise is Lautaro Martínez. Despite an injury that was expected to sideline him for three weeks, the Argentine forward is set to play.
For Inter, the only absentee due to injury is Benjamin Pavard. All other players, including Thuram, Bastoni, Çalhanoğlu, and Mkhitaryan, are available to Simone Inzaghi.
Barcelona, on the other hand, has far more absences: both right-backs — Jules Koundé and Alejandro Balde — are out, as are goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen, Marc Casadó, Pablo Torre, and Marc Bernal. Robert Lewandowski, however, has recovered from injury and is included in the squad, likely starting the match on the bench.
The first leg ended in a high-scoring 3–3 draw. The fate of the final spot will be decided today, May 6, in Milan. Kick-off is at 11:00 PM Yerevan time.
