Venues for the 2026 Wrestling World and European Championships Announced

United World Wrestling (UWW) has published the official calendar of world championships for 2026 across all age categories. The main senior tournament will take place in the capital of Bahrain — Manama.
According to the schedule, the World Championships are distributed as follows:

World U17 — July 27 – June 2, Baku (Azerbaijan)

World U20 — August 17–23, Manama (Bahrain)

World (Senior) — September 5–13, Manama (Bahrain)

World U23 — October 12–18, Las Vegas (USA)
The European Championship venues had been announced earlier:

Euro U23 — February 9–15, Zrenjanin (Serbia)

Euro (Senior) — March 20–26, Tirana (Albania)

Euro U17 — May 11–17, Samokov (Bulgaria)

Euro U15 — May 20–24, Samokov (Bulgaria)

Euro U20 — July 6–12, Skopje (North Macedonia)
As a reminder, Croatia is currently hosting the 2025 World Championships, while the U23 World Championship will be held in Serbia on October 20–27.
