Official: James Santos returns to Pyunik

30-year-old Brazilian defender James Santos has returned to Pyunik after a six-month spell with Yerevan-based Noah.
Santos, who plays as a left-back, has been competing in the Armenian Premier League for six years and, due to his long stay in the country, is no longer considered a foreign player.
The footballer first joined Pyunik in January 2023 and quickly became a key figure in the team’s defense. During the 2023/24 season, he helped the club win the league title. Overall, Santos has made 72 appearances for Pyunik, scoring 8 goals and providing 9 assists.
