Official: Edgar Torosyan leaves his position as head coach of FC Van

Football Club Van has announced the end of its cooperation with head coach Edgar Torosyan. According to the club’s press service, both parties agreed to terminate the contract by mutual consent.

The reason for Torosyan’s departure was personal (family) circumstances that prevented him from being present at the team’s recent matches. After discussions, the club’s management and the coach reached a mutual decision to end their working relationship.

In its official statement, Van expressed gratitude to Edgar Torosyan for his work, professionalism, and dedication, wishing him success in his future coaching career.

It should be noted that in the current Armenian Premier League season, Van from Charentsavan sits 7th in the standings with 11 points.
