Noah claim eighth straight win as Lazetić and Ferreira secure three points

Noah continue their perfect run in the 2026/27 Armenian Premier League. In Matchday 8, the team defeated Van 2-0 to maintain their 100 percent record.
After eight matches, Noah have collected 24 points out of a possible 24 and remain firmly at the top of the standings.
Both goals against Van were scored in the second half.
Substitute Marco Lazetić opened the scoring in the 65th minute. The Serbian forward converted a pass from Elder Ferreira to score his fourth goal of the league season.
Ten minutes later, the two players switched roles. This time Lazetić provided the assist, while Ferreira found the net to seal the final 2-0 scoreline.
It was the Portuguese player's seventh goal in the Armenian championship this season.
Zdjelar makes his Noah debut
The match against Van also saw new Noah signing Saša Zdjelar make his debut. The Serbian midfielder came onto the pitch after the break.
Zdjelar, the most valuable player in the Armenian league, recently joined the Yerevan club as a free agent.
The domestic championship will now pause for the international break. Sergey Muradyan and Gor Manvelyan will leave Noah to join the Armenia national team.
Noah's next league match will take place on October 10 against Sardarapат. Van will face Gandzasar on the same day.
