Armenia U21 National Team Matches Relocated to Yerevan

The UEFA European U21 Championship 2027 qualifying matches of the Armenia U21 national team against Montenegro and Sweden will now be held at the Avan Football Academy in Yerevan. Previously, the matches were planned to take place in Armavir, but according to the Football Federation of Armenia, the venue was changed due to the condition of the pitch.

The matches will take place on November 14 and 18, both starting at 15:00 Yerevan time.

The matches are part of the 5th and 6th rounds of the Group E qualifiers. After four rounds, Armenia U21 stands in sixth place in the group with no points gained so far.

Three new players playing abroad have been called up for the upcoming matches, including forward Finn Geragousian, who represents England.
