Slovenian referee Martin Matoša to officiate Armenia vs Latvia

A Slovenian officiating team will take charge of Armenia’s match against Latvia in the opening round of the 2026/27 UEFA Nations League. Martin Matoša, 31, has been appointed referee.
Matoša has worked mainly in Slovenia. His international experience includes matches in the UEFA Conference League and UEFA Youth League.

Armenia will host Latvia on 25 September at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan. Kick-off is at 20:00 local time.
